Our consultants undergo a thorough interview, and a background screening process:

  5. 5remuneration and salary expectations check

Our clients can choose from a multitude of profiles; consultants already at FirstWave with proven past project experience and consultants we headhunt specifically, on behalf of the client and his project. We focus primarily on extensive industry experience with consultants having 4-20 years of relevant background. At the client’s request we can also deliver more junior consultants.

We Headhunt

We continuously interview candidates to proactively serve our clients and extend our existing network. In combination with years of industry experience, our consultant selection for each assignment is done within 14 days.

FirstWave also provides best-practice trainings in relevant fields and all consultant receive a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) training to focus personal development on the clients’ needs.

Currently, two out of three FirstWave consultants are referrals by internal employees as we offer a dynamic and exciting work environment.
